ATM, a leading national FSC field service marketing representative company, is currently seeking a highly driven (must scorch the earth; hit the ground running, self motivated, self starter, team player, sales and action oriented) person; for more details at:

In this role, you will work with little or no minimal supervision and will be responsible for performing on-going retail merchandising and new product/news awareness services in order to peek and influence consumer’s responsiveness and maximize sales of ATM featured holiday products to one of the largest retailers in your local xmas market target areas.
Individuals will be required to make multiple store visits averaging 8-20 hours per week as required, and when necessary (total weekly hours will fluctuate significantly). Extra projects or coverage requirements will create minimal extra hours during peak/and holiday seasons (optional).
The Merchandiser will be responsible for setting product to [plan grams], high impulse items end caps, (floor or counter display aids); to ensuring POP; POS placement; servicing interactive such as troubleshooting/repairing and cleaning; collecting and reporting detailed inventory control data; and moving LIFO/and FIFO product from the stock room to the sales floor.

You will also work closely with retail associates and managers informing them of new product news launches, promotions, and procedures. Your ability and availability to work independently, build local, national or international wholesaler/retail and distribution business relationships and maintain strong partnerships with store personnel is vital in achieving the goals of this program; simple by going down to the corner store.

Regular Work Schedule:
- Multiple store visits averaging 8-20 hrs./wk.
- Availability to work Monday through Friday as needed, with a start-time as early as 6AM (no later than 8AM) with desired completion by 4PM
- Must be available EVERY Tuesday - Up to 8 hrs. May be required
- Must be available to work EVERY Thursday AND/OR Friday
4 (four) days/per week; six (6) hours per/day
Please note: Total weekly hours will fluctuate significantly. Though Monday through Friday FLEX TIME availability is needed, most work will be completed on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
Holiday / Peak Season / Special Project Work Schedule:
- Same as regular work schedule Oct, Nov, Dec, but after Thanksgiving, some weekend work for Xmas seasonal dating will be required along with minimal extra weekly work hours - The day after Thanksgiving and the day after Christmas may be required.
- Regular hours resume in January with the exception of on-going special projects

- Complete periodical late night visits (ie. Midnight) to place new release product and/or assist stores with promotional activity
- Complete periodical Sunday visits to place new release product and/or assist stores with promotional activity
4-year degree and 1 - 3 years project management experience or 5 - 7 years project management experience Education requirement may be substituted with/or by Merchandise Specialist experience, hard work and strong determination.
Strong Microsoft Suite skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Project, and Visio
Strong critical thinking skills and judgment
